Mobile broadband has revolutionized our Internet experience. As more and more people are logging on to the Internet on the go, the need for a faster connection has become imperative, what with all the music downloads, video streaming and other Internet activities that consumes bandwidth. Thanks to mobile broadband, the bandwidth that is being delivered to consumers increased. Broadband actually refers to a term that pertains to a wide array of frequencies in a certain transmission system. If the bandwidth is larger, so does the frequency.

In general, the whole idea of having a broadband connection is to have a "high-speed" connection to the Internet. Being "high-speed" means having a high rate of data transmission. But too often, the mobile broadband speed of a Internet service provider does not measure up to what is advertised, leaving broadband users frustrated. While there are legitimate reasons for slow data transmission, such as traffic management or software on the computer, there are times that a slow mobile broadband speed is unacceptable and is due to poor service.

What to do about this? The first thing you may do is check your mobile broadband speed. It is important to determine the speed of your mobile broadband in order to calculate the necessary steps that you should take. The best way to check your mobile broadband speed is by using a credible speed checker.

Checking your broadband speed is easy, quick and most of all, it's free. You may do so now if like. This website gives you the opportunity to know your mobile broadband speed. Take note that it is to your advantage to test the speed of your mobile broadband. Annoyed that your every download takes so long to be finished? Always having trouble streaming music and videos to your computer or mobile device? Put the speed of your mobile broadband to the test to see if your Internet service provider is true to their promise.

Once you have checked the speed of your mobile broadband and find it unsatisfactory, give your broadband provider a call. Find out if there is anything they can do to improve your broadband speed. You may need to upgrade your modem or have a technician check your line. If there's no improvement you have the right to file a formal complaint to the company. You have the option to take your case to the small claims court in accordance with the Supply of Goods and Services Act if actions were taken but you are still not satisfied or the company failed to act on your official complaint. Or you may just want to switch to another broadband provider if all else failed. Check out the market for Internet service providers that offer faster and reliable speed. Ask around to find out if these providers deliver on their promise before signing up with them. Just always remember that optimum broadband speed is rarely achieved accurately so the thing to consider is which provider gives the most consistent speed.

Mobile Phone Chargers and Green Mobile Phone Use - Unpluggit and Reduce Your CO2 Emissions

Nowadays, with the impact of climate change and global warming becoming ever more apparent, consumers are both more aware and more active at taking steps to reduce their carbon foot print, reduce power consumption, and generally be more environmentally friendly.

You can hardly escape the dreaded standby feature, with people increasingly aware of the costs and energy consumption that goes with leaving the little red light on your television, DVD player, computer or other electrical appliances.

What many people are not aware of is the power that your mobile phone charger consumes, when it is not even charging your mobile phone. Just place your hand against the charger when it is plugged in and turned on (without your phone attached). You will notice that this is warm, this is because electricity is being used.

The amount of energy wasted in the UK alone from mobile phone chargers being left turned on is enough to power 33000 houses. Think about how much energy that is. A small step such as unplugging your mobile phone charger when it is not in use will make a big difference in terms of climate change and CO2 emissions.

Of course, it should not stop there. Think of all the other items left on permanent recharge, such as your iPod and MP3 players, digital cameras, laptop computers, all have a charger plug which is burning energy whilst you leave it plugged in and turned on. Basically, if you are not using something - turn it off, un plug it! Start doing your bit for the environment.

mSpot brings new release movie streaming to major US carriers

Filed under:

mSpot has been streaming full-length movies to cellphones for a few years now, but not until this week has the company had a potential customer base of 40 million. As of right now, mobile phone users on Sprint, AT&T, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile (yes, that includes the G1, Pre, iPhone and every other smartphone with a half-decent browser) can surf over to m.mspot.com in order to stream major motion pictures, and being that the service is on-demand, you can also pause and restart 'em whenever you darn well please. Deals have been inked with Paramount Studios, Universal Pictures and the Weinstein Company, and we're told that more agreements are in the works. Movie rentals will cost $4.99 per title, and can be viewed from 24 hours to 5 days after they're rented. Naturally, mSpot recommends paying for an "unlimited" data plan, and if you're smart, you won't utilize the service whilst traveling abroad.

As the world's largest mobile phone manufacturer, it is quite easy for Nokia to come up with innovative designs and a line of mobile phones to suit a particular lifestyle.

For example, the Nokia Eseries is a line of mobile phones with enhanced connectivity and business application features. The target market of this line of mobile phones is business users.

Now, with the Nokia Nseries, it is actually a line of multimedia smartphones. The idea is to offer the modern mobile user digital multimedia services. This includes music playback, video, enhanced photography, Internet services and mobile gaming.

Nokia N96 Review

Despite the fact that the Nokia N96 is yet to be released on the third quarter of the year, some reviewers got the first dibs on the pre-production models. According to the Nokia N96 review online, the phone is lighter and slimmer than its predecessor which is the Nokia N95.

As compared to the other phones from the Nseries, the Nokia N96 has a better overall design quality. It has a 2-way slide just like the Nokia N95, but the features are much improved and sleeker-loooking.

Also, the first feature which has a great difference from the previous models is the internal memory. The Nokia N96 has 16GB of memory, twice the size of the Nokia N95 units.

The features of the Nokia N96 mobile phone includes:
- 3G and WLAN access
- GPS navigation
- Mobile television (depending on the network)
- Full HTML browser
- 5-Megapixel camera
- VGA camera in front for video calling
- Double LED flash
- 3G video calling
- Built-in motion sensor

The camera is the highlight of the Nokia N96. Aside from the improved resolution, it also uses the crystal clear Carl Zeiss optics Tessar lens. It comes complete with auto focus and auto exposure features. When you add to that the dual LED flash, this is one nifty camera and all-in-one phone to have.

If these features will all be incorporated in the actual Nokia N96 to be released on the third quarter of the year - then it is a definite improvement.

As compared to the previous designs of the Nokia Nseries phones, the Nokia N96 has a better camera resolution, more internal memory, as well as a lighter and sleeker design.

Street Maps in India

Just type the town name or click the map: shows your street map and satellite view for India.

Sony's little wonder machine is a real jack of all trades in the electronic entertainment field-there really isn't too much that it can't do but I've noticed that out of all my friends that have PSP's, not one person uses it for movies! I found this a little odd, until I realized that none of them know how to do it! It's not as hard as people seem to think so hopefully once you've read this article you'll know how to put videos on PSP, and I can get my friends to look at this article instead of asking me questions all the time!

There's not really a definitive way of how to put movie on PSP, but there's a fast and easy way, and this is it. It's not rocket science, but Sony hasn't made putting movie on a PSP as simple and straightforward a task as they should have done. But that apartment in kuala lumpur mean it can't be simple. The first thing that stops most people from finding out how to put videos on PSP is they don't have enough free memory-You are going to need to Speakeasy Speed Test as big a memory stick as you can afford-512mb is going to be the bare minimum here. The second essential is to have a computer handy which you can link to the PSP via a USB cable. An internet connection will be useful too, but is not essential unless there are things you need to download. Here is the list of things that you need in order to put movies into your PSP.

1. A memory stick duo that is enough to hold your movie.

2. A computer with DVD player.

3. A DVD Ripper software (conversion software).

4. PSP Video Converter Software (converts to MP4 format).

5. USB Cable to your PSP.

Then, here are the steps to do it:

1. Turn on your computer and then load the movie DVD.

2. Use the DVD Ripper software to Rip the movie. Usually, you can save into MP4 format right away. Save the file into a folder of your computer.

3. Connect your PSP to your computer. Create a folder (directory) on your memory stick called "MP_ROOT" and from there create a sub-folder called "100MNV01" and then copy the MP4 file that you have save earlier into this folder.

4. Disconnect you PSP from your computer and now you can go to the Video and memory stick to watch your movie on your PSP.

The site below is the biggest PSP Download Center where you can find games, movies, music, cheat codes, game reviews, software and everything you need to turn your boring PSP into a personal multimedia entertainment unit. I have been using this site for a tweak broadband of month and i am very satisfied. You will only need to copy downloaded file on your PSP. I recommend this site to everyone who has PSP.

Volkswagen CKD deal: Proton in talks with Volkswagen for ASEAN alliance again?

Talks of some kind of business deal between Proton and Volkswagen have surfaced in the papers again, this time on a car assembly deal for passenger cars without taking up stake.Volkswagen have already identified a base in Indonesia for the Touran MPV, but they have also been looking for a way to assembly their passenger

Okay, I admit that I cheat. I don't currently have a food mill so I use already milled and processed grains to make my breads and pancakes. For years now I would go to the local supermarket and buy the packages of products to use at home. My 2009 login tmnet include the purchase of a quality grain meal so that I can take advantage of bulk purchases of items such as yellow corn and beans. You may laugh yourself off that easy chair but I have discovered that bulk supplies of grains are easily obtained from my local feed store.

In these feed stores you can readily find supplies of wheat for approximately 8 to 10 dollars for a 50 pound bag. Not bad at all considering the current price of a loaf of bread. Now this same 50 pound bag purchased through one of the bulk food suppliers would cost you about twice that amount. The major difference between the two bags of wheat is that the least expensive bag is intended for planting and for feeding livestock whereas the more expensive is for actual cooking by humans.

These packages may very well not receive all of the necessary inspections that those intended for human consumption would. Nor would they arrive at my home in "For human consumption" containers. The feed store facilities may not actually conform to the Department of Health standards in effect at this time for the human food storage locations however there is really not much difference in the actual feed version verses the human ones.

Both way the corn that one purchases at their local feed store appears to be very clean and pest free. A good point to keep in mind is that should the corn have any pathogens present the cooking process is sure to destroy them.

It would only make good sense to me that if you have no additional means of obtaining your grains and beans in bulk quantities at a reasonable price you may wish to consider this option. You can always purchase the high quality products at a later day if you so desire.
